Q: How many Screens can I power with Media Ninja?

Each Media Ninja player box can power up to 3 unique screens of content. If you need more than 3 unique screens, you'll need 1 player box per 3 screens. If you simply want to mirror a screen to an additional display device you can use an HDMI splitter to output the same layout screen to multiple display devices.

Q: Are there any recurring fees or subscription services required for use?

Cloud Management is included in your initial purchase price and is free forever with each player box. There are no monthly access or subscription fees required to use our system.

Q: Does my player box require an internet connection?

In order to use the cloud features in real-time your player box does need to be connected to the Internet. The player box can connect via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Once you get your player box setup and loaded it does not require Internet connection unless you plan to update it using cloud functionality.
