Q: Player Box wont turn on what do I do?

A: Check power cord and be sure it is plugged into the Player Box and a functioning wall receptacle.

Q: Keyboard/ Mouse not connected

A: If using a wired keyboard and or mouse be sure that the USB connector is plugged into one of the 3 USB ports located on the Player Box.

A: If using a wireless keyboard and or mouse be sure your devices have batteries, power is turned on, and the USB dongle is plugged into one of the USB ports on the Player Box.

Q: Why is my Player Box not connected to internet?

A: If using a Wired connection, check that Ethernet cable from a working network connection is plugged into Player Box and the correct network has been chosen and has been set up correctly.

A: If Using a wireless connection, check that the Wi-Fi is turned on within the Player Box’s settings, within range, and the network you would like to use is chosen and security is verified.

Q:No cloud access or connection

A: Verify that you are connected to the internet

A: Be sure the correct Management Key has been added to player and has been verified.

Q: Why are my screens are not displaying anything?

A: Be sure the HDMI cord is connected to correct monitor/ TV and the port on back of player box.

A: Be sure the power to the monitor/ TV is plugged in and turned on.

A: Be sure the proper input has been selected on monitor or TV.

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: Warranty of Media Ninja Player Box (casing excluded): 1 year

A: Warranty of transformer (including the plug), remote control and wireless module: 1 year

A: Our warranty does not cover the casing of the product, the metal frame, fastenings/screws, and or packaging/accessories

A: Data stored in the product may be lost as a result of the repair work or re-formatting of drives. Media Ninja does not provide any data recovery.
